Studio Cetra Ruddy designed this 25-storey and 285-foot building, located in front of Chelsea Market between 9^th and 10^th Avenues. From the aesthetic point of view, the project echoes the Viceroy on 57^th Street presenting another rare opportunity for a legitimately attractive hotel development in Manhattan.
With 158 rooms and several events spaces – including one on the rooftop – it will likely become a landmark in the neighborhood.

The tower features casement windows and a simple unitised façade, which seems to be made of grey bricks.
Decoral^® Group has coated the interior parts with Carbon 603 class 1 powder and the exteriors with the same finish in class 3.
