“System Piega” ventilated façade is the new trend in building
One of the latest example of urban regeneration is CT20 project designed by A.T.I. 3 Consulting Studio Neirotti with which we cooperated. It consists of a historical residential complex with 9 flats completely renovated that reflects modern lifestyle needs by combining history, innovation, art, security, comfort and design.
Even the outside of the building shows high-tech elements like the bow windows incorporated into the “System Piega” aluminium façade with the same corten effect finish as window profiles.
Façade renovation: what are the advantages?
Besides increasing the value of buildings, ventilated façades offer lots of advantages.
- Noiseless spaces thanks to the integrated soundproof system (suggested for heavy traffic urban areas)
- Thermal insulation that reduces energy consumption
- High-durability external coating thanks to state-of-the-art VOC-free powders tested in Florida (country with the highest UV radiation levels according to international standards).
