Europarco tower, with a height of 120 m, is the tallest building in Rome, part of the 805,000 m³ Europarco Business Park.
Its realization took three years, from 2009 until 2013. This tower represents the innovation in an iconic historical city which is developing and modernizing its suburban areas in line with the other European capital cities.

The building is located inside the EUR-Castellaccio district, a modern business centre where important trading activities take place as it happens in the City of London and the Defénce in Paris.
Nowadays, the tower hosts the offices of Rome Metropolitan City authority and the Lazio Regional Board of Education.
The structure, made of steel and concrete, is anti-seismic. The attention to detail is particularly evident in the white matt shell, consisting of powder-coated aluminium sheets, which anchors the building to the floor.

The tower is composed of self-supporting glazed units, brise soleil systems positioned according to sunlight and metal opaque panels, powder coated with RAL 9010 class 2 finish.
These particular architectural elements highlight the building verticality and increase its technology, based on energy efficiency and eco-friendly solutions in harmony with the surroundings.
